Ingredients of Lemongrass Masala Chai
- 2 cup milk
- 1 1/2 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds powder
- 3 clove as required
- 4 green cardamom
- 2 stalk lemon grass stock
- 2 teaspoon tea
- 1 1/2 cup water
- 1 inch cinnamon stick
- 2 star anise
How to make Lemongrass Masala Chai
Step 1 Boil waterTo make this quick aromatic tea, take a vessel and water, allow the water to boil and add the washed lemongrass stalks, cardamom, star anise, cloves, cinnamon stick. Cover with a lid and let it simmer
Step 2 Allow the tea to absorb the flavoursNext, add in the tea leaves along with sugar. Once done just turn off the flame and let the spices and herbs absorb the flavours.
Step 3 Add milk and enjoyAdd milk to the blend and stir it nicely. Boil the blend for 5 minutes and turn off the flame. Strain the tea and serve with your fabourite snacks.
